• Customers include more than 30 of Sweden's largest corporations, 39 municipalities and 6 regions / county councils

 

Effect Management Development has not marketed itself internationally, but has still carried out assignments in some 10  countries outside Sweden

Assignments

Effect Management Development has conducted approximately 70 multi-annual development programmes for  management teams
had approximately 7 000 leaders in the development programmes trained approximately 1 000 in the Project Management Programme
coached about 250 leaders and specialists, individually and in groups trained approximately 300 groups in team building since 2001 and implemented employee development for about 1 000 persons / year helped start over 200 new businesses participated in the development of over 600 business and operational plans

 

Development

Effect Management Development develops our own concepts for business development, leadership and communication spends approximately 200 days per year on development of services and concepts sets aside approximately 2 weeks per year on our own professional development as well as a consultant.
